Parental Feedback

We are always seeking ways to improve our school.

If you have any suggestions of how we can improve our school please complete a Parental Feedback Form or join us at our next Parents’ Forum.

Parents’ Forum

The BRS Parent Forum is a group of staff and parents who meet to discuss how we can improve our school.

The Parent Forum is representative of all parents and carers in the school community and is an inclusive and accessible way to involve parents and carers in decisions about the school. It is a forum through which parents and carers can be consulted, learn more about the school and how they can be involved in it, be provided with information, and encouraged to network with other parents and carers. Involvement in the Parent Forum is less formal and requires a lesser commitment than being a member of the Governing Body, whilst enabling parents and carers to make a real contribution to our School.

If you would like to attend, please would contact the Office either via email: office@brs.srscmat.co.uk or by calling Mrs Field on Reception.

Ofsted Parent View

Ofsted Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think of your child’s school.

The questionnaire can be completed at any time – you don’t have to wait until the school is being inspected.

Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of your child’s school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. If your child is at a boarding or a residential special school, it also asks for your opinion on five aspects of your child’s boarding or welfare. We will use the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect, and when.
