We are pleased to announce that from 1st January 2023, Derbyshire Catering Service (DCS) has been appointed as the catering provider for Blessed Robert Sutton Catholic Voluntary Academy.
At DCS we understand the importance of children’s health and wellbeing and how inextricably it is linked to education and attainment. We believe every child should be able to enjoy the benefits of a hot school meal.
We use quality organic produce, from local suppliers, which therefore offers a more sustainable route, whilst also providing a convenient service for parents that promises great value for their money.
Here at DCS, we are proud of the food we serve and are pleased that recognition is growing nationally about the many benefits that a school meal provides.
Our meals are prepared and cooked, as you would make them at home, to ensure that a healthy and nutritionally balanced meal is provided. We offer a selection of favourites and new dishes to provide a choice and variety to suit all tastes, whilst still giving children the chance to try new foods.
We have implemented a robust medical diet process and strict protocols, making sure that schools receive the support they require with legal responsibilities, ensuring the safety of each pupil.
